60-Day Money-Back Guarantee: 

  1. Renova Worldwide offers a 60-day money-back satisfaction guarantee (less shipping/handling charges).
  2. If, for any reason you are not satisfied with any Renova Worldwide product you buy, you may return the unused portion of the product to Renova Worldwide within sixty (60) days for a full refund of the product price (less shipping/handling charges).
  3. Refunds will only be paid to the original payor. 

 
Returns beyond 60 days:
For products returned beyond the 60-day guarantee, Renova Worldwide will provide a Product Credit equal to the full value of the product purchase price.

How to Return Your Order
The following procedures apply to all returns for refund, repurchase, or exchange:

  • All items must be returned by the Representative or Customer who purchased them directly from Renova.
  • All items to be returned must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number which is obtained by calling the Customer Support Department at (866) 217-5806 or emailing support@renovaworldwide.com. This RMA Number must be written on each carton returned.
  • The return is accompanied by:
    • The original packing slip with the completed (and signed Consumer Return information, if applicable);
    • The unused portion of the item(s) in its/their original container.

  • For returns from the U.S. — Proper shipping carton(s) and packing materials are to be used in packaging the items(s) being returned. Renova will provide a pre-paid shipping label for domestic returns. Renova does not accept shipping-collect packages. The risk of loss in shipping for returned items shall be on the Representative. If the returned items are not received by the Company’s Distribution Center, it is the responsibility of the Representative to trace the shipment.
  • For international returns — Proper shipping carton(s) and packing materials are to be used in packaging the items(s) being returned. The Customer or Representative must bear the cost of the return shipping to Renova for international returns. Renova does not accept shipping-collect packages. The risk of loss in shipping for returned items shall be on the Representative. If the returned items are not received by the Company’s Distribution Center, it is the responsibility of the Representative to trace the shipment.
  • The purchase prices of products that are returned to Renova within sixty (60) days of their receipt by the Customer or Representative will be refunded. For products that are received by Renova more than sixty (60) days after their receipt by the Customer or Representative, Renova will create a product credit in the amount of the original purchase price.
  • If a Representative is returning merchandise to Renova that was returned to him or her by a personal Retail Customer, the product must be received by Renova within ten (10) days from the date on which the Retail Customer returned the merchandise to the Representative, and must be accompanied by the sales receipt the Representative gave to the customer at the time of the sale.
No refund or replacement of any items will be made if the conditions of these rules are not met.
 

Items Not Eligible for Return
Please note that we do not accept returns of final sale merchandise or products that are specified as non-returnable in its description, unless they are faulty. Any exceptions to this policy will be listed under product details on the product page.

Exchanges
The company will provide an exchange for any product that is defective or incorrectly sent, if the exchange request is received in writing or via email to support@renovaworldwide.com within thirty (30) days of purchase.
