My order failed. What now?

  1. Go to and click login.
  2. Once logged in, hover over Account and click My Orders
  3. Once on the Orders page, click Pay to select a payment method and process the order. You can use a new payment method and add it there if needed. Once you pay for the order, it will begin processing and be shipped the next business day.

Important: If the order originated from a subscription, you will need to go to your subscriptions to change the date and resume it.


  1. On the left-hand side, click My Subscriptions.
  2. Once on the Subscriptions page, click Edit Schedule and set it to your desired date.
  3. Once the date is set to your desired date, click Resume
  4. Once you click Resume, your subscription will process like normal on the date you set. You will get an email reminding you of your Subscription 10 and 2 days before it processes.
