My order failed. What now?
- Go to renovaworldwide.com and click login.
- Once logged in, hover over Account and click My Orders
- Once on the Orders page, click Pay to select a payment method and process the order. You can use a new payment method and add it there if needed. Once you pay for the order, it will begin processing and be shipped the next business day.
Important: If the order originated from a subscription, you will need to go to your subscriptions to change the date and resume it.
- On the left-hand side, click My Subscriptions.
- Once on the Subscriptions page, click Edit Schedule and set it to your desired date.
- Once the date is set to your desired date, click Resume
- Once you click Resume, your subscription will process like normal on the date you set. You will get an email reminding you of your Subscription 10 and 2 days before it processes.
