When can I change enrollment?

  1. If a Representative wants their enroller changed, they have to be the one to request it, no one else. They must fill out and send us the Enroller Change Form renova_enroller_change_form
  2. If someone else reached out saying that a customer was supposed to sign up under them, let them know that the customer needs to reach out to us themselves and indicate they were referred by them.
