When can we change Placement?

  • If the Reps enrollment date is outside of 10 days, they have to fill out the renova_placement_change_form from the Team Office and submit to corporate@renovaworldwide.com
  • If the Reps enrollment date is within 10 days of the placement change request, we can do the move for them. Also direct them how to do so in their account. Place their own enrolled Reps where they desire right from their Dashboard:
    • Once you login hover over Representative and click on Dashboard. Scroll down to see Change Placement Available(if there are non available reach out to support@renovaworldwide.com)
    • Click move on the desired Rep
    • Click the dropdown menu and select the Parent name or click View My Genealogy to see your Placement Tree and place directly there
    • Follow prompts to complete Placement process
