  1. Note in WP the conditions of the replacement and document that the customer has been notified they will be responsible for the original order, once received.
  2. Create/get a 100% discount coupon
  3. Login to account of person receiving replacement order
  4. Place an order for the replacement items
  5. Apply 100% discount coupon and freeshipping coupons
  6. Add a Note during Checkout indicating this is a replacement order for order #.
  7. Notify the customer, if applicable.
  8. Note in WP.
