What if a customer/rep wants to delete their account?

  1. Representatives need to refer to Section 11 of the P&P.
  2. 11.4 – Voluntary Termination A participant in this network marketing plan has a right to cancel at any time, regardless of reason. Termination must be submitted in writing to the Company at its principal business address or emailed to support@renovaworldwide.com. The written notice must include the Representative’s signature, printed name, address, and Representative I.D. Number. If a Representative is also on the Subscription program, the Representative’s Subscription order shall continue unless the Representative also specifically requests that his or her Subscription also be canceled.
  3. 11.5 – Non-renewal A Representative may also voluntarily cancel his or her Representative Agreement by failing to renew the Agreement on its anniversary date or by failing to pay his/her annual renewal fee. The Company may also elect not to renew a Representative’s Agreement upon its anniversary date
  4. Once we receive this email, we can terminate the account and cancel subscription(if applicable) then terminate or reclassify.
  5. For customers, just confirm the account is there and then send James the name and info and he can terminate the account.
