Add 1/2 teaspoon of the tea to a cup. Add 1 cup of hot water. Cover and let steep for 3 minutes. Slowly sip the tea, allowing the enzymes and herbs to be absorbed sublingually.
For best results, use distilled, filtered, or ionized water. Never microwave the herbs. Brewed tea may be kept in the refrigerator up to 3 weeks. Brewed tea may be used topically as well, using a spray bottle or bandage. Drink water throughout the day to help flush toxins out of the body.
Nursing or pregnant women should consult with a physician prior to use. Not for transplant patients or patients injected with foreign proteins during their therapy.
